All our prices are listed in SEK and includes VAT. Shipping cost will be added for orders under SEK 650 within Sweden.
Sweden - A shipping cost of 49 SEK will be added for orders less than 650 SEK. All orders are sent by Post Nord and are insured. The customer will not be charged extra for this service.
Europe - A shipping cost of 100 SEK (app. 10€) will be added for orders with delivery outside Sweden. All foreign orders are shipped with DPD and are insured. The customer will not be charged extra for this service.
We are using Klarna Service. Outside Sweden, Termo Original Sweden AB, offers credit card payments with VISA and MasterCard.
Credit card payments is free of charge. All information transmitted msg SSL encryption (in an unreadable form) so that no outsider can access your data. Your payments are further protected by 3D Secure. Termo Original Sweden AB does not retain any information about your card or banking.

Orders received before 12:00 ships the same day orders placed after 12:00 will be sent the following day unless a later date is requested.The goods are delivered by mail and distributed on weekdays, according to postal requirements, usually 1-3 days after the mailing date selected for Sweden and 3-5 days for the rest of Europe. Should any of the products you have ordered be out of stock we will notify you of this and also how long the delivery time will be.
Orders taken from outside the EU will be charged 350SEK for delivey and will take 5-7 days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock the delivery will not be made until the full delivery can take place. Partial deliveries can be made after contacting our customer service.
The right of withdrawal
Termo Orignal Sweden AB permits an open purchase for 30 days. Returns must be unused and in original packaging with all labels attached. Notify customer services immediately by sending an email to email@example.com, with the original customer number, order number and information about the product. Then we will send an email with information on how to return the goods. When changing an item purchased fom our shop, you are responsible for return shipping and transportation costs.
If an item is damaged or incorrect when it arrives, please notify us within 7 days from delivery date. Contact by clicking here and indicate the original customer number, order number and describe the problem. We then send an e-mail to you with information on how to return the goods. A replacement item will be delivered to the recipient's address when the complaint is approved. In cases where the product is no longer in Termo Orignal Sweden AB's catalog a full refund will be made for the item(s) purchased.
For undelivered packages where upon the package is returned to Swesco Textile AB a fee of 300 SEK will be charged to cover Termo Orignal Sweden AB's costs of transportation and administration.

We reserve the right for typographical errors on our website. We have no responsibility to live orders with the wrong pricing, product specifications or typographical errors. All images and information is seen as an illustration and should not be guaranteed reproduce exactly to what is seen on-screen.
Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labour market decisions by authorities, non-deliveries from subcontractors, and similar events affecting Termo Orignal Sweden AB's control, which is not reasonably foreseen, is attributable to Force Majeure, which means that Swesco Textile AB is released from its obligations to fulfill its agreement.
